All purchases from Maison UGC are completed on Etsy. Etsy processes your payment, delivers the digital files, and handles refund requests in line with Etsy's policies for digital items.

Digital products on Etsy

Because our products are instantly-downloadable digital files, they generally are not eligible for a refund once the download has been delivered, in line with Etsy's Buyer Policy.

If something is wrong with your order — for example a corrupted file, the wrong item, or a duplicate charge — please open a case directly on Etsy so the platform can review and resolve it.

How to request a refund

Go to your Etsy Purchases & reviews page.
Find the order and select Contact the shop or Open a case.
Etsy will guide you through the resolution process.
