1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of the Maison UGC website ("Service"), operated by Maison UGC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The website is a sales page
This website is an information and sales page only. We do not process payments or fulfil orders directly. All purchases of our digital products are completed on Etsy via our Etsy shop and listings.
3. Purchases on Etsy
When you click a purchase button, you are redirected to Etsy. Etsy is the platform that processes your payment, issues receipts, delivers the digital files, and handles order support. Your purchase is subject to Etsy's Terms of Use and Buyer Policy.
4. Licence
Once purchased on Etsy, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the digital product for your own creator work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, or share the files publicly. All intellectual property in the products (text, templates, designs, branding) remains owned by Maison UGC.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including unlawful or fraudulent use, infringing intellectual property rights, interfering with security (probing, scanning, scraping, malware), or attempting to access accounts or files you are not entitled to.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Refunds are handled through Etsy.
7. Service availability
We do our best to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product on Etsy in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
